Hi There,
My name is Mert Efe Kanlikilic. I’m a senior endpoint management consultant, and I help organizations manage, secure, and modernize their device estates with Microsoft technologies.
I do this because I enjoy sharing the problems I solve and the things I learn. Writing them down is also how I learn better. Teaching something is the most effective way to understand it, and this blog is part of that for me. When I figure out a fix that took me time, I put it here so the next person doesn’t have to start from zero.
I have worked with the Microsoft endpoint stack for over 13 years: Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Defender for Endpoint. I’m also a Microsoft Certified Trainer. The posts here come from real projects, not theory.
I also make walkthroughs on YouTube and lead localization for Workplace Ninjas Türkiye, so this content reaches the Turkish-speaking community too. From time to time I share product feedback with Microsoft and build small tools for everyday endpoint problems.
